He is steadfast and reliable, but is his strength and calm enough to bind with his own second soul?
Audra, the last apprentice of the revered healer Cavera ShadowWing, plays a critical role in aiding Celfig, Rassa, and Koranos. She finds herself charged with forging alliances between fae creatures of the Two Souled legends and their small group. Her journey of growth and resilience as she uncovers truths about the islands’ past inhabitants is fraught with fear and bullheaded determination in her fight to protect her loved ones.

Audra finds herself failing under the endless torture from Lamia’s leash. After losing Rocas to the Keeper and Nath’s declining health, there isn’t much hope left for her survival. She’s bidding her time to either escape or die trying, since she refuses to fully bend to Lamia’s will.
Koranos has found himself growing into his role as Elder among his fellow two souled. His new form has given him a perfect disguise to be able to infiltrate and smuggle the young from the city and undermine Lamia’s oppressive rule.
